A Program Committee ,organized and appointed by the Foundation, will administer the Fund and is expressly given the right to submit recommendations in writing for distributions to be made for the benefit of the class of individuals identified and for charitable purposes as outlined. The Program Committee will provide documentation evidencing the process in making the distribution recommendations. The Program Committee should comprise former, non-NCAA eligible University of Kansas men’s basketball program lettermen and Foundation staff.
