Support the KU Players Who Built KANSAS Jayhawks Basketball
Your donation ensures that former players aren't left behind.
The Players Fund helps former KU Basketball players in their time of need
For decades, University of Kansas basketball players have given everything to the program, building a legacy of excellence. But once their eligibility ends, the NCAA blocks former players from receiving assistance from KU coaches or staff—even in times of crisis. This means that the goodwill and networking opportunities they earned while playing at KU are cut off.
That's why we created The Players Fund (TPF) – a first-of-its-kind support system for KU basketball lettermen who face emergencies beyond their control, from natural disasters to unexpected hardships.
These players gave everything for the program. Now, it's time for the KU Jayhawk family to give back.
Your generous donation ensures that former players aren't left behind. Let's stand together and support the athletes who made Kansas basketball what it is today.
● WHY Support The Players Fund?
Renews Vital Lifeline
By blocking past players from receiving support from the people and institution they dedicated years to, the NCAA is cutting off a vital lifeline that should exist well beyond a player's eligibility.
Donatating to The Players Fund protects the long-term value of playing for a school like Kansas and ignores the reality that life doesn't stop after college basketball.
Maintains Goodwill
Restores Networking
The Players Fund seeks to restore access to the connections and networking that players rightfully earned during their time as a KU basketball player.
Values Partnership
The Players Fund works in partnership with the Tulsa Community Foundation to ensure all donations are properly managed.
